An easy way to apply for free education in Germany along with a monthly allowance has been announced. According to details, the “Rosa Luxemburg Foundation Scholarship 2027” has officially been announced for international students seeking higher education and research opportunities in Germany. It is a fully funded scholarship offered to talented students pursuing PhD programs at recognized universities in Germany. Along with free education, selected candidates will receive financial support, including a monthly stipend of €1,500, a mobility allowance of €100 per month, and an additional lump-sum payment of €20. The scholarship funding will be provided for a maximum period of three years.
Students from all academic disciplines, except medical fields, are eligible to apply. Applicants must have confirmation of admission to a PhD program at a German university, along with a letter from a professor or lecturer confirming supervision. Instead of requiring IELTS or TOEFL, applicants must have German language proficiency at the B2 level and provide proof of their language skills. In accordance with the values of the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation, students’ social engagement and strong academic records will also be taken into consideration. Applicants will be required to submit their academic degree and transcripts, research proposal, supervisor’s confirmation letter, German language certificate, and letters of recommendation. Interested international students must submit their applications for the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation Scholarship 2027 through the online portal before October 1, 2026.
