U.S. President Donald Trump has announced a $1 million reward for anyone who provides information about election fraud.

U.S. President Donald Trump has announced a $1 million reward for anyone who provides information about election fraud. Trump’s latest announcement is part of a series of unusual promises he has made ahead of the elections. Previously, he proposed giving $5,000 to every adult American if Republicans maintain their majorities in both chambers of Congress. The plan is estimated to cost more than $1 trillion and would require congressional approval. In a statement posted on his social media platform, Truth Social, Trump said that anyone who provides information about voter fraud in the midterm elections would receive a $1 million reward if the information leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the fraud.
Trump’s announcement comes just one week before the U.S. midterm elections. The elections are politically significant for the president because the results could affect his party’s position in Congress and influence the administration’s future policy agenda. Trump has long questioned the integrity of the U.S. electoral system and election results. After losing the 2020 presidential election, he alleged that widespread fraud had taken place and that the results had been manipulated against him. However, no credible evidence emerged to substantiate his claims.
Earlier, Trump also expressed support for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in a post on Truth Social, urging Israeli voters to support Netanyahu so that they could complete the work they had begun together. Referring to Netanyahu by his well-known nickname, “Bibi,” Trump described him as an extraordinary wartime prime minister. He also cited the joint U.S.-Israeli military operations against Iran as an example of cooperation between the two countries.
